Vision and Mission
The Dr. John T. Macdonald Foundation School Health Initiative, founded in July 2000, has served thousands of school-aged children and their families as a center of excellence for school health care and advocacy.
Our mission is to:
- Deliver high quality medical, social and mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families;
- Participate as a community partner to ensure that the health care needs of youth and their families are met;
- Serve as a national advocate for school health and;
- Educate our service-learners to ensure the future of health care delivery for our youth.
